Associated Advocate

Closson Group, Inc. will appoint a trained advocate to represent your child at your next IEP meeting by way of Zoom. They will audit your last fully executed IEP, consult with you by phone before the meeting, and attend your meeting by Zoom.

Attorney Representation

Closson Group, Inc. will appoint or refer a special education attorney in your state who will:

1. Read all relevant documents before your IEP meeting;
2. Consult with you regarding your rights with remedies;
3. Attend your IEP meeting by Zoom as your legal representative;
4. Draft your child's IEP due process complaint, and;
5. Represent you at your due processing hearing by Zoom

The balance of the attorney's fees is paid by the district after we prevail.

Direct Representation by Dr. Robert Closson, President of Closson Group, Inc.

For families who want Dr. Robert Closson personally involved in their case, this option provides a higher level of direct advocacy and accountability. Dr. Closson will personally attend your IEP meeting by Zoom and prepare your complaint within 72 hours following the conclusion of the meeting. After your complaint has been filed, Dr. Closson will appoint a special education attorney to represent you in your due process hearing. Again, there are no other fees, costs, or expenses.

If you are not satisfied with Dr. Closson's services, your $1,500 service fee will be refunded.
